And the shining gem of Grand Case is the first Floating Bar-Restaurant BALAOU – is eco-friendly arrangement employs solar panels, no plastic cups nor straws! Both have one V-shape an incredible beach to share, which is equipped with shezlongs and umbrellas. Warm shallow waters and soft sand beaches make Pinel island a perfect spot to break the day to unwind after an active morning on the boat.
Savor your scrumptious lunch at Yellow Beach or Karibuni restaurant, both serve 5-star gourmet food specializing in lobster. Both have friendly and helpful staff, both have live lobsters to offer for lunch, and the menus to meet any taste and wish! Save some lettuce to feed iguanas. These primeval, dragon-looking-like lizards are very friendly there.
Want some exercise after eating all that good food, bring your hiking shoes and head over to the other side of the island and its two other more deserted beaches.

Baie Longe is perched on the southern end of the French lowlands (Terre Basse). it is the longest stretch of white sand in St. Martin. Perfect for sunbathers. Take long walks, swim or recline on a beach blanket, catch the sun light and watch the end of another perfect day. La Samana, perhaps the finest of the many resorts in St. Martin, shares the view and approves of your choice of beaches.

Mullet Bay is a perfect place for swimmers and beach lovers, and a preferred hangout for locals on the weekends. This long white-sand beach is known for the clear turquoise water, its gentle sloping access into the sea makes it perfect for swimmers. Rosie’s Grilled Chicken and Ribs offer umbrellas and long chairs. This little spot on the beach in Mullet Bay is great. Recommended by locals and they are right! This beautiful beach bar makes awesome “creamy” rum punch and Pina Colada. Their food is delicious and very homey and made with onsite grill right there on the beach. Absolutely delicious chicken! If you go to Mullet’s Beach Rosie’s is a must !
